Indika’s Spiced Lassi

Ingredients
  • 1 lbs. plain whole milk yogurt
  • 2½ cups water
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp Indian rock salt, or kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
  1. Whisk all of the ingredients and serve over ice.
