Tips for Garlic Breath, Freezing Stock

Too Much of a Good Thing
Garlic breath. It happens to everyone at some point and flossing, brushing and mouthwash don’t always do the job. What to do? Grab a pinch or two of parsley and munch away. You might feel like bovine chewing their cud, but it works! Follow-up with flossing, brushing and mouthwash. -Alice Edwards, Fort Worth

Freezing Stock
Here are two ways to freeze and save stock-

Zipper bags — pour into zipper bags (various sizes for different needs) and double bag to be safe. Lay flat in your freezer, a nice space saver.

Gladware containers or ice cube trays — Simply fill various sizes of gladware or ice cube trays with stock and freeze. If you want your containers back, unmold after freezing and place the frozen stock block in a zipper bag.-Jane Smith, Austin
