Indika's Mango Lassi

The simple syrup in this recipe is made with equal parts water and sugar and brought to a boil until the sugar is dissolved.
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1 cup mango pulp (pureed flesh of 2 large mangoes or frozen pulp)
  • ½ cup simple syrup
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • fresh mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
  1. Whisk all the ingredients (except mint) and refrigerate.
  2. Thin, if desired, with water. Serve over ice, garnished with a mint sprig.
